The author of this is a HIGH SECURITY CLEARANCE officer and wanted to remain anonymous. He warns no one to ever do this or the Yesterday, IT mentioned that people would post the rate in spite of having signed an NDA. people would do this because they had board names and nobody would know who they are.
When you post on one of these sites or in a chat room, your IP (Internet Protocol) address is logged. If the site is being monitored by federal agents (which these are), they will accurately have your physical location.
Sure, you may be a real smart person and you may think you can get away with it; but understand what the penalties are going to be if you get caught.
One, all the money in your bank account COULD be seized. The term is "claw back" and the bank will take EVERYTHING in the account.
Two, you will COULD brought up on federal wire fraud charges under Title 18 USC 1343, which carries a maximum sentence of 30 years.
Three, you will face a civil liability suit by the bank for violation of the NDA for the amount of the money you received PLUS compensatory damages.
In this case, compensatory damages would be ALL of the money the bank had to pay out to people who would otherwise have received a lower rate than the one you broadcast!
I PERSONALLY DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE CLAIMED PENALTIES (especially the wire fraud application) BUT, THIS IS BEING PRESENTED TO YOU, AS IT WAS PRESENTED TO US.
18 USC § 1343 - Fraud by wire, radio, or television:
Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, transmits or causes to be transmitted by means of wire, radio, or television communication in interstate or foreign commerce, any writings, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation occurs in relation to, or involving any benefit authorized, transported, transmitted, transferred, disbursed, or paid in connection with, a presidentially declared major disaster or emergency (as those terms are defined in section 102 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5122)), or affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

SORRY BUT, I JUST DO NOT SEE THIS LAW BEING APPLICABLE TO THE VIOLATION OF AN NDA, JMHO.
HOWEVER, WHY IN HADES WOULD ANYONE HAVE THE NEED TO TELL ANYONE WHAT RATE THEY RECIEVED???
