The original terrorist attacks in this nation.....NEVER FORGET
124 years ago today, the U.S. military slaughtered over 300 Lakota at Wounded Knee, 14 days after Sitting Bull was assassinated. Those
Killed were Mniconjou and Hunkpapa Lakota, seeking refuge with Oglala Lakota chief Red Cloud. That day, the 7th cavalry already had Hotchkiss guns strategically placed, and they opened fire on people as they huddled together. Women and children were chased for miles, and babies heads were bashed in by soldiers’ boot heels. Those slain were buried in a mass grave. For this atrocity, the soldiers received Medals of Honor. The United States government has blood on its hands. There can be no justice on stolen land.
