Purpose of NDA?
Dave,
Thanks for your statement on this SUBJECT!
I've had reservations since first hearing that " if we sign this document we may exchange, but if not, we cannot exchange."
I said "hey, let me read this deal, something is wrong." I could not feel right about it. If a person does not agree with something, they should have a voice. Where is our freedom?
It should not be imperative that we sign even though we don't agree.
In fact, if we exchange one currency for another why should we be forced to sign a document this extensive? It just does not make sense to me. It stinks.

I wish I had a copy to read before I go in. 20 Minutes is not enough time to read a long document like this. If I have no other choice I will sign and exchange.

PURPOSE OF THE NDA
Hi
I know what you mean. All that I know about the eschange procedures is what I hear from these very dedicated group leaders. And, perhaps sometimes from a friend maybe.
To the best of my knowledge, we have these papers handed to us. As you say, 20 minutes does not allow us time for something we have to sign saying "we approve". So,
I agree with you that signing is what seems best.

Re: Purpose of NDA?
It looks like "We must sign it to find what is in it." Where have I heard that before? Happy Thanksgiving OOM Family of God.
