Hi sas....found your info very interesting so told my sister. She tried but the pulp would not grate. Do you have any other instructions we can follow? Is there a special way or grater or do you use a processor?

Hi Sweety,

Cut your lemons in half, seed them carefully...please. Now put them into a baggy and in your freezer...do not try to use until 24 hours. Now if you have a nut grater the is a hand one, use it. Its extra sharp, but even a old fashion cheese grater will do the trick. Grater must be a hand one, its the best for what you are doing. OH...try holding the lemon side ways this is the best as it gets the rind and the pulp.

P.S. I only grate what I need for the dish or tea. Lemon will last much longer that way and stay fresher.
