Joint Pain Tea

This is not a tea perse, but try it
1 cup chicken broth ( commercial or make your own)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric ( you can get good quality at a health food store in bulk)
about 1/2 teaspoon ginger root

Heat and stir well, steep a little remove ginger root....
drink, keep stirred as turmeric settles to bottom and last couple sips will be grainy and strong tasting

Of course you could you could take turmeric and choline capsules with ginger tea....this is more frugal.
This will take a few days to work on your discomfort
